Mandi is the daughter of John and co-founder of the
NWCPS. She is involved in cases from start to finish and
has successfully recorded EVPs and captured unexplainable
photos. When working on cases with children involved,

Position & Responsibilities:
My position in the group is mainly an investigator. When out on an investigation, I am usually
the one doing the longest EVP session. I help with the group website, managing the
equipment, and I have designed all of our NWCPS t-shirts =]
Favorite Equipment:
My favorite piece of equipment that our group has is, of course, the digital voice recorder. I
never believed in EVPs until I started catching them, the first one I caught gave me the chills
when I heard it! My all-time favorite piece of ghost hunting equipment would have to be the
thermal imaging camera..if only I had one of those!
Where was the most interesting place you have investigated and why?
The most interesting place I have investigated would have to be the Daniel Benton
Homestead, in Tolland, CT. The second I stepped onto the property, I felt like I had traveled
back in time. The history of the homestead is amazing, as well as the love story that goes
along with it.
What are your beliefs on the afterlife?
I like to believe that there is another chapter to our existance. Just another unsolved mystery.
Have you ever had a paranormal experience and if so, why?
Yes, I have seen and heard things I can't explain. I believe that everyone has a paranormal
experiences..it's just if they choose to believe what they see. My first experience happened
when I was about 7 years old. I would occasionally hear little footsteps in our old hallway
outside my bedroom door when everyone was asleep. Eventually I ended up seeing the
shadow/image of a child in three different rooms until we moved 6 years later. This is what
made me believe that there is some kind of presence around us.
What are your goals as a member of the NWCPS?
My main goal for the NWCPS is to help out my father (John) with the group the best I can,
and to hopefully capture more intriguing evidence along the way!
